Scottish Kitchen Garden March Update

Bryony, our lovely gardener being helped by Ronnie and Victor to mulch the beds. We thought it was safe after all that snow but we were wrong! Anyway, their trip to Lasswade Riding School to collect the horses douvres is an annual pilgrimage to get the garden all healthy up and vitamin kick for the soil cost winter and ready for spring shoots to flourish.

Mulching was followed by loads of pruning that would be Monty Don proud.
