Enjoy a Burns inspired set menu featuring Haggis Neeps and Tatties with an arrival whisky cocktail

BURNS SUPPER MENU:: 

COCKTAIL: ‘Penicillin’ 

Glenmorangie 10 |Lemon | Victors Honey | Ginger | Ardbeg Wee Beastie

BREAD: 

Homemade bread, whipped butter, Mara Seaweed sea salt            

STARER: 

Sustainably caught Kames’ of Oban smoked trout, lilliput capers, Katy Rodgers’ crème fraîche, toasted pinhead oats 

MAIN: 

Traditional Haggis, neeps and tatties; Findlays of

portobello haggis with crushed turnip, buttery mashed

potatoes and whiskey cream sauce

DESSERT: 

Cranachan with raspberries,  Highland crowdie set cream,  toasted oats and whiskey
