The 3rd Annual Sustainable Restaurant Awards took place on the 17th of February 2014. Carina and Suzanne were cooking at Roast restaurant in London’s Borough Market along with Neil Forbes of Café St Honore and Calum Richardson of The Bay Fish & Chips.
Everyone helped give the awards a strong Scottish flavour! Rubbing shoulders with Raymond Blanc and a host of producers from around the UK, haggis, Cullen Skink and Forfar Bridies were served up proudly. The Scottish Cafe & Restaurant was highly commended in the Scottish Sustainable Restaurant of the Year category.
