Our kitchen garden as always brings the best seasonal fruit, berries and vegetables. Straight from our garden to your plate. Easy.

FISH & CHIPS: Sustainable Peterhead haddock with mushy peas and homemade tartar sauce £19

CULLEN SKINK: A meal in itself. Traditional Peterhead smoked haddock dish with East Lothian potatoes and leeks finished with Graham's Family Dairy double cream. Served with homemade thyme and Isle of Kintyre cheddar soda bread £19 (NGCI optional)

CAESAR: Garlic and thyme roast chicken Ceasar salad with anchovy and Erington’s Corra Linn cheese dressing, baby gems, Au Gourmand sourdough croutons and freshly shaved Corra Linn £22 (NGCI Optional)

HAKE: North Sea Hake, crushed buttery new potatoes, roast tenderstem broccoli, crispy capers and spiced San Marzano tomato dressing £25 (NGCI)

Our beautiful Aberdeen butteries made for us by Au Gourmand. Baked and served with seasonal leaves and hand-cut chips.
