Homemade focaccia with I’Ciacca Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Crispy Sicilian risotto balls with Mozzarella di Bufala DOP and butter sugo, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
LASAGNE BOLOGNESE
Inverurie beef to make the Bolognese with a little milk to tenderise the mince, Bechamel made with Mozzarella di Bufala and a little nutmeg. Homemade pasta (because when we’re cooking in the restaurant we take no shortcuts) using Phantassie organic eggs and Italian pasta flour. We finish with some butter sugo and more Mozzarella di Bufala. It can’t be any better.
We do a vegetarian version too! All the same apart from the lasagne:

We’ve done all the hard work so you don’t have to.
All dishes are delivered in 100% compostable containers with instructions for you to reheat or partially cook and serve at home. The food will be prepared daily and packed at 3pm for next day delivery. Shipping fee £12.
Our cooking wouldn’t exist without a touch of Italian citrus sunshine. Every week we receive a fresh load of fruit and vegetables straight from the markets in Italy.
Choose from simply two beautiful Amalfi lemons for you to squeeze, steam and eat the skin as we do, finish off your Martini or just look at them and think of Amalfi to our own special Panettone, our niece Sofia’s super special Extra Virgin Olive oil and so much more.
