Chef Emma wowed the audience with Roast Oregano Lamb with seasonal beetroot salad

Chef Emma Mills, Senior Sous Chef at Cannonball Restaurant enjoyed her time on the stage at the Cookery Theatre at The Royal Highland Show at the end of June. We have some fantastic images of her in action!

Head Gardener Kerry attended with Emma, taking baskets of Kitchen Garden produce to show. Emma cooked seasonal  ‘Roast Oregano Lamb’ served with  a seasonal beetroot salad and Salsa Verde from Carina’s Kitchen Garden Cookbook.
