Strawberry, Honey and Pickering’s Gin syllabub
Serves 4
300g fresh strawberries, hulls removed, washed and dried (reserve 4 with the hulls for decoration)
300ml double/heavy cream
100ml Pickering’s Gin (less if that sounds too much for you)
2 teaspoons of honey
- Whip the cream, gin and honey in a large bowl until soft peak stage
- Cut the strawberries into quarters
- Choose pretty glasses and layer the strawberries and cream mixture equally between four glasses
- Serve with a sprinkle of icing sugar sugar and a whole strawberry
So easy, yet so delicious!
