Carina attends Borders Book Festival

On Saturday 13th June, Carina is joining an exciting line up of highly respected ladies within the food & hospitality industry.

In the Eat Your Words Marquee, Prue Leith, Shirley Spear and Carina Contini discuss how we translate the enormous international success of Scottish food and drink abroad into better health outcomes at home. Can we really claim to be a land of food and drink when bad diet and obesity are rife here and the best of produce is sent abroad?
