Scottish Strawberry Shortcake Milkshake

Sometimes only Carina’s Scottish Strawberry Shortcake Milkshake will do!

Ingredients(Serves 1)

225g ScottishPerthshirestrawberries
300ml cold Grahams dairy milk
3 large scoops Contini Madagascar vanilla ice cream
25ml Amaretto, a light Lowland whisky will also work
3 mini shortbreads
1 extra strawberries and a handful of marshmallows to serve
Whipped cream

Using a blender, add the clean washed strawberries (keep oneback for the garnish), ice cream and Amaretto. Mix untilincorporated. Pour into a chilled tall glassand carefully pipe some whippedcream on top.Serve with fun straws and a clean halved strawberry and as manymarshmallows as you can fit on topto decorate.
