Live oyster shucking with Stevie Fish – Saturday 28th March 1.00-3.00pm

Join us tomorrow at Contini Cannonball, Royal Mile on Saturday afternoon between 1.00-3.00pm when Stevie will be shucking oysters for you and talking to you about this wonderful native delicacy.

During the refurbishment of Cannonball, excavations revealed layers of discarded oyster shells dating back centuries. We are thrilled to be bringing this tradition back to Castlehill!

We love our suppliers, and we love to share their delightful produce with you. We also love to tell you stories of sourcing and let you know just how your food makes it to your plate.
