Exciting New Changes for Contini George Street

This week we are starting a very new, and very exciting, journey for our beautiful Italian Restaurant on George Street.

Over the next ten days, we are carrying out a £250,000refurbishment that will cover the restaurant interior, signage and – most of all – our food and drink experience.

We will be reopening to the public around the 27th January (subject to the builder’s programme) with a fabulous new restaurant, and delicious new dishes – you’ll still find many of our old favourites on the menu, but served in a very contemporary way. The focus will be on sharing, with delicious dishes cooked to order and served to your table as soon as they are ready.

Our interior will also be dramatically different. More sumptuous booths, a more open airier room, softer colour scheme and our fabulous homage to Italy – our Venus walls.

The Italian Bar will be transformed into a very casual but striking place to sit and enjoy a pre-dinner drink or just a coffee. This area will be casual and informal, with no reservations required.

We are very excited about this new journey and look forward to sharing it with you!

Our new opening hours will be as follows

· Breakfast from 8am until 11.45am (10am until 11.45am on Saturdays)

· Lunch from noon until 3pm

· Bar snacks from 3pm until 5pm

· Dinner from 5pm until 10pm (from 3pm on Saturday)

· Open Sundays from Easter to December
