Discover Contini Restaurants during Doors Open Day 2015 – 26th-27th September

We are passionate about preserving our heritage and feel privileged to operate our business within three beautiful and architecturally significant buildings in Edinburgh.

We are also delighted to support Doors Open Day which is run by The Cockburn Associationwhich offers free access to properties, places and spaces not always open to the public/that would charge an entry fee.

In addition to this Doors Open Day this year has adopted the theme of Food and Drink and this is of course our ultimate passion. Talks are taking place in each of our beautiful venues over the weekend. Join us!

Friday 25th September
The Scottish Cafe & Restaurant 9am-10am
Carina Contini discusses the benefits of buying direct from over 70 aritisanal Scottish suppliers
Saturday 26th September
Contini Ristorante 9am-10am
Victor Contini discusses the importance of food provenance, artisanal skills, traditional cooking and Italian Heritage
Sunday 27th September
Cannonball Restaurant 4pm-5pm, 5pm-6pm
Carina, along with Contini Head Gardener, Kerry Lyall discuss The Contini’s Scottish Kitchen Garden, seasonality and the importance of freshly grown produce.
