Cinnamon Waffles – in print 4th June 2018
I like my waffles soft, my children like them crispy so whatever you fancy. Serve with butteror any topping that tempts you.
Makes 6-10 depending on how thick you want them.
Ingredients
200g self-raising flour
75g caster sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 free range eggs
200g full fat milk
50g unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Method
1. Beat all the ingredients together in a large baking bowl.
2. Allow the mixture to rest for about 10 minutes before using.
3. Place a small ladleful into a pre-heated waffle machine and cook until it meets your
preference.
