My heart is full to bursting

Good morning lovely people 

I had a moment the other day.  No 1 daughter (#no favourites) was home from tour and I was sitting with her and No 2 daughter.  

My maternal management skill and my company director style have grown side by side.  What do they say,  “You can take the mother out of the kitchen but she still knows best”.  🤣 Character traits and style do overlap and I have learnt the hard way (at home and at work).  

Thankfully my children have been my biggest teacher in terms of how to manage people.  As they have matured into adults I’ve learnt so much from them.  (The team is shouting “thank goodness” in the background).

I often now find myself just observing with the family. Contributing by being in their bubble.  I find myself doing the same in the business. Sharing good energy can be the most special revelation and reward.  

My girls were so happy being beside each other, smiling, chatting, laughing and having no visible burden of life, my little heart just burst for a moment.  

When emotion like that catches you, it literally can take your breath away.  

I hope you all have a moment when your heart is so happy you realise very little else matters.
